Job Description:

As Trouw Nutrition strengthens its species‑oriented, marketing‑led strategy across LATAM, this role operates within Strategic Marketing to help convert portfolio roadmaps into consistent regional execution. The Coordinator works hands‑on with OpCos and country teams to harmonize timelines, standardize deliverables, and improve trial and launch readiness—particularly for solutions where early‑phase performance, persistence, and ROI evidence are essential for customer adoption. The position interacts frequently with Sales, Technical/R&D (trials and validations), Regulatory, Supply/Operations, and MarCom to keep initiatives on track across different markets and languages.

  • This role is part of the Strategic Marketing team and reports to the Specie Lead Manager LATAM – Poultry & Swine.
  • The primary species focus will be swine, accounting for more than 65% of the coordinator’s time, with activities concentrated in the OpCos Brazil, SCA, and Mexico.
  • With a strong emphasis on project execution, the initial focus of the role will be the alignment and implementation of various business initiatives detailed in the Country and Regional Roadmaps.
  • The position requires planning, leading, and executing business initiatives that enable long-term success for the enterprise.
  • This will require frequent interaction with local leaders across multiple functions within the LATAM region to refine project planning, adapt to changes in project execution, identify, and communicate risks/issues, and ensure the delivery of agreed Roadmap priorities.
  • The individual will measure the success and added value of each initiative using defined and verifiable metrics/outcomes and relay these results across the organization.
  • Business initiatives can include, but are not limited to, those detailed in the Country and Regional Roadmaps.
  • The position can be based at a Trouw Nutrition office in a significant market (by agreement) within the LATAM Region and may require up to 50% travel, includes international travel
