Role Profile
Join a high-impact team advancing healthcare and industrial innovation at Analog Devices (ADI). As the Strategic Ecosystem Engagement Lead – Americas, you will play a pivotal role in executing the ADI 3.0 strategy by engaging with key healthcare accounts and their broader ecosystems around ADI’s Big Bets.
Your mission: unlock new revenue streams, grow the opportunity pipeline, maximize ADI content, multiply value capture, and accelerate revenue growth. You’ll achieve this by forging influential partnerships, driving co-creation with ecosystem stakeholders, uncovering new value through innovative commercial engagement, and positioning ADI as the essential subsystem and system partner—and a peer in the industry.
You will also play a key role in identifying and engaging with emerging disruptors - often early adopters - who have the potential to become tomorrow’s growth engines.
This highly collaborative role works in close alignment with the Vertical BU, which leads technical ecosystem and product alignment. While the VBU drives with technology, this role drives with commercial strategy, activating the ecosystem and advancing external engagement to deliver business impact.
Responsibilities
Ecosystem Strategy & Engagement
- Map and engage the full healthcare ecosystem: OEMs, design houses, adjacent solution partners, end users, academia, industry associations, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
- Forge and expand strategic alliances and partnerships to unlock new revenue streams and competitive advantages.
- Identify disruptors and emerging players that represent long-term growth opportunities for ADI.
- Follow the financial flow within ecosystems to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
- Identify key investment initiatives, along with the main stakeholders, their strategy, and any potential source of funding (NRE) to support co-creation of new technologies.
Customer Development & Go-to-Market Execution
- Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor, proactively identifying customer needs and aligning solutions to their strategic objectives.
- Drive strategic customer engagement, including executive-level collaboration and ongoing communication.
- Drive co-creation efforts with customers and partners, advancing differentiated solutions and accelerating design wins.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Vertical Sales, VBUs, and engineering teams to align strategies and execute customer solutions.
- Act as a field commercial lead for ADI platforms, translating ecosystem dynamics into executable sales plays.
- Provide insights and feedback to inform vertical strategy development and solution roadmaps.
Thought Leadership & External Positioning
- Represent ADI at customer events, industry conferences and forums, and seek out speaking opportunities to reinforce ADI’s leadership in healthcare innovation.
- Contribute to ecosystem storytelling through white papers, success stories, and customer case studies.
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years in business development, sales or engineering roles within the semiconductor, MedTech, or high-tech industries.
- Proven experience building and managing strategic partnerships across complex ecosystems.
- Track record of revenue generation through ecosystem engagement and solution co-creation.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry landscape - including diagnostics, patient monitoring, precision imaging, smart surgical tools, diabetes and chronic disease management, and digital health solutions.
- Strategic Thinking: demonstrated ability to develop, simplify, and execute complex vertical strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational goals.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: strong track record of strategic customer engagement, relationship building, and solution co-creation, with the ability to influence decision-makers and accelerate customer adoption.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate across sales, marketing, and engineering functions. Ability to influence without authority and operate effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
- Strong executive presence with experience in high-level customer and partner engagement.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $157,200 to $216,150.
Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
