Valeo Service is the Aftermarket Specialist serving both auto manufacturers with original equipment spares and the independent aftermarket with replacement parts and accessories for passenger cars and commercial vehicles.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing customer bonuses: control bonus accruals, update customer contracts in SAP, verify bonus calculations before payment

  • Controlling margins with a focus on material consumption

  • Monitoring and analysing the evolution of selling and purchasing prices (Inflation Balance)

  • Preparing reports, analysis and comments on results in the above areas

  • Actively involved in the monthly close process: prepare manual journal entry instructions for booking by the SSC accounting team, prepare required provisions

  • Providing management information on customer and product profitability using the QLIK SENSE application (Performer)

  • Managing data in SAP to ensure accurate customer and product profitability insights for management

  • Interacting with Group and Business Group finance teams

  • Finance business partnering with sales, marketing, and other functions

  • Actively involved in forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes

  • Supporting the Finance team in other areas as needed, including internal controls, management controlling, reporting, stock counts, projects


 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting

  • 3-5 years of experience with controlling activities

  • Fluent in English and Polish

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel

  • Experience with SAP is an advantage

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proactive and analytical mindset
