Main Responsibilities:

• Focus on assisting with the forecast and capacity planning.
• Analyze the requirements for staffing and forecast future demands in light of business trends.
• Apply strategies to ensure that the correct number of workers with the required capabilities are on hand when they are needed.
• Monitor the queue and allocate tasks.
• Track, report, and analyze key organizational and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide required metrics.

Job Qualification:

• Previous WFM experience - at least 1 year on a similar position.
• Good Excel skills.
• Very good level of English.
• Great communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
