Job Description Summary:

The Coca‑Cola Company, a global leader in the beverage industry, is seeking a strategic and results‑oriented Senior Manager to oversee Third‑Party Variety Pack Operations across the supply chain.

We work with trusted co‑packers and manufacturing partners to deliver high‑quality, innovative variety packs that delight our customers and consumers. In this role, you will provide both operational and strategic leadership — ensuring third‑party facilities meet production, quality, sustainability, and cost targets, while driving continuous improvement and future‑focused innovation.

What You Will Do

Third‑Party Variety Pack Co‑Manufacturer Leadership

  • Lead relationships and performance of all variety pack co‑manufacturers and Variety Pack third‑party operations, ensuring quality, service, cost, and capacity targets are met.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point and drive long‑term partnership strategies that expand capability and operational flexibility.
  • Drive the planning and delivery of Variety Pack sourcing and supply plan through the Co-man partners with support from adjacent functional stakeholders.
  • Support the strategic capacity and capability building for variety Pack supply across NA OU Supply chain
  • Conduct strategic site reviews to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Warehouse Center of Excellence

  • Lead the Warehousing Center of Excellence focused on standardizing best practices, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring consistent performance across the network.
  • Drive innovation in warehouse processes, automation, materials flow, and systems to increase throughput, accuracy, and sustainability.
  • Direct productivity initiatives across both warehouse and variety pack operations, with emphasis on waste reduction, labor optimization, and improved asset utilization.
  • Partner with engineering, planning, and packaging teams to introduce operational improvements and support growth of the variety pack portfolio.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Steward development of standardized KPIs, metrics, and reporting dashboards for variety pack and warehouse operations to enable data‑driven performance management.
  • Provide senior leadership with regular updates on VP production performance, warehouse performance, cost drivers, and strategic initiatives.

Canada Freestyle Operations

  • Oversee Canada Freestyle Pick/Pack operations and replenishment processes, ensuring service level adherence and alignment with broader North American supply chain strategies.

Quality, Compliance & Risk

  • Ensure all partner operations meet Coca‑Cola quality standards, food safety requirements, and regulatory obligations while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Financial & Contract Governance

  • Manage operational budgets, cost‑to‑serve analysis, and financial performance for the variety pack warehouse network.
  • Support commercial negotiation strategy with VP co‑manufacturers to optimize cost, flexibility, and long‑term value.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Packaging Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing operations, Logistics, Co‑packing, or Packaging supply chain management; experience with variety pack production strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage external partners for measurable performance improvements.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing financials and cost optimization in packaging operations.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies in a production or co‑packing environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety, GMP, and regulatory compliance standards.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to work with a supply chain organization committed to sustainability, social impact, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Access to a diverse, global network of manufacturing partners and internal experts in packaging innovation.
  • Professional development programs and opportunities to drive impactful change in packaging operations.
