About our Team
Generally, the team is form in Squad where each squad consist of Squad Lead, Business Analyst, Dev lead, Developers and Testers. This Squad structure provides more connectivity among team members and allows us to deliver faster as all resources work as one group on dedicated tasks.
 

About the Role
The Senior Project Manager leads stakeholder negotiations, manages large, complex projects, and cross-functional teams. They collaborate with Market Vertical, Product Manager, Engineering, Testing, and Legal to build development roadmaps and project schedules. They also resolve issues using industry-leading technology and top Engineering resources.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders from the outset of a project to work on clearly defining a projects scope, goals/milestones, timeline, budget, and governance framework.
  • Collaborate effectively across all project stakeholders to drive forward project to hit goals, resolve conflicts/ blockers and effectively lead project meetings.
  • Effectively identify project risks early and ensure appropriate mitigation plans and visibility into risks are provided.
  • Influence and persuade to achieve your project’s goals and be a voice for the team where appropriate.
  • Facilitate collaboration between software engineering squads, product managers and other dependent parties, to ensure the smooth delivery of multi-team complex projects.
  • Dependency mapping and management through the life cycle of the project.
  • Support product teams in agile based prioritisation techniques.
  • Ensure compliance is factored into project lifecycle with sign off provided from key parties such as security, privacy, legal etc
  • Estimate costs, establish budgets, track spending, and adjust as necessary to keep the project within financial boundaries
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with project stakeholders from the outset until completion of project
  • Effectively communicate project status — including schedule variances and mitigation options.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 13+ years of IT PMO experience
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business, or equivalent experience required
• Project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) required

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Track record of successfully delivering complex projects using a pragmatic use of Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience partnering directly with Engineering teams / Product Owners.
  • Experience with developing and creating project management artefacts, RACI, RAID, risk log, dependency log etc
  • Strong belief in core Agile principles & ability to evangelise these where necessary.
  • A confident and articulate communicator - capable of inspiring strong collaboration as well as persuading and influencing where necessary at both team and stakeholder level.
  • Willingness to adapt to change and learn with an open mindset, approaching each new project with a fresh perspective on how best to deliver result.
  • Experience in reporting within large scale organisations.
  • Expert facilitation skills.
  • Results orientated and proactive
  • Excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders to resolve problems as they emerge and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • A positive attitude and open mindset to different project management approaches, as well as positive approach to tackling problem statements.
  • Experience in working within complex data project beneficial.
  • Detail orientated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects where required.
