U.S. Bank is hiring for part-time Custody Operations Specialists to support our Wealth, Custody Operations business line.

Some responsibilities include:

• Document review and report generation

• Transaction requests and processing
• Data entry
• Client support and account maintenance
• Data analysis 

Class Start date: September 30th, 2024

Schedule: Part Time: Monday - Friday hours vary between 8am-6pm, 15 - 19 hours per week with 4 hours minimum per day.

Location: Saint Paul, MN; Hybrid 2-3 days in office

Qualifications

• Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience OR

• High school diploma or equivalent and two or more years of relevant experience

Skills

• Basic understanding of regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect Wealth Management & Investment Services business lines and clients

• Ability to quickly learn custody operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services, for assigned area(s)

• Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment

• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills

• Effective customer relations, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Location Expectation

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.63 - $27.50 - $30.25
