Healthcare Strategy & Transformation Leader
Executive Summary
JLL is seeking a dynamic Healthcare Strategy & Transformation Leader to drive comprehensive business revitalization across our healthcare division. This role will spearhead sales transformation initiatives, product development, and account management optimization to double business size within three years. The successful candidate will bridge ATG and Strategic Accounts functions while implementing critical operational improvements across the Americas healthcare portfolio.
Position Overview
Reporting Structure: Matrix reporting across healthcare vertical (final reporting line TBD)
Scope: Americas healthcare division supporting both ATG and Strategic Accounts
Objective: Transform underperforming healthcare business through strategic sales enhancement, process optimization, and growth acceleration
Key Responsibilities
Sales Transformation & Technology Implementation
Lead comprehensive sales transformation initiative for HC sales team
Streamline Salesforce opportunity management processes and develop CPQ business case with the aim of automating the fill quoting and pricing process: implement proposal automation
Oversee Certinia implementation with the ATG Operations and finance teams
Product Development & Market Expansion
Drive ambulatory and GPO product development initiatives
Identify and develop new service offerings beyond traditional real estate consulting
Utilize assessment tools for enhanced client engagement and service expansion
Support delivery improvements to maintain market relevance
Account Management Excellence & Governance
Redesign performance management function in collaboration with other vertical performance management teams and JLLT
Implement revised account management governance framework including Momentum governance and Account Health Index
Execute comprehensive client survey programs
Establish systematic account growth opportunity identification processes
Operational Analysis & Process Improvement
Conduct thorough operational process analyses to identify improvement and cost-saving opportunities
Partner with account teams to implement operational enhancements and monitor progress
Drive creative problem-solving by challenging traditional approaches and removing implementation barriers
Establish sustainable growth processes for long-term account development
Strategic Leadership & Coordination
Support account leaders with sustainability initiatives and growth strategy development
Collaborate with HC MDs on talent program development and ways of working improvements
Drive change management across healthcare division in partnership with division leadership
Required Qualifications
Core Competencies
Proven track record in sales transformation or sales process automation
Proven track record of business growth acceleration through initiative management
Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct comprehensive operational assessments
Healthcare industry knowledge with understanding of relationship-driven vs. RFP-driven business models
Leadership & Communication
Executive presence with ability to influence across matrix organization
Change management expertise with experience driving transformation initiatives
Collaborative leadership style with ability to empower teams and develop creative solutions
Strategic thinking capabilities with operational execution focus
Technical Skills
Experience with sales automation platforms
Data analysis and performance management system design
Project management and process improvement methodologies
Client engagement and business development acumen

Achievement of 3-year business doubling objective
Successful implementation of sales transformation initiatives

Estimated total compensation for this position:
195,000.00 – 200,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
