Summary: As an Application/Cloud Support professional with primary skill in Linux Operations, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve providing technical support for cloud-based applications and infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for cloud-based applications and infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, system diagrams, and knowledge base articles. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in cloud technologies, including experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Linux Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS. - Solid understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and applications. - Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. - Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Linux Operations. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical support. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
