Role Summary
The Digital AI & Data Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in driving the transformation of data, AI, and digital governance across the Surgery Business.
This role is accountable for building and leading a high-performing team, positioning Data and AI as core pillars of the digital ecosystem. It enables the realization of an integrated, intelligent digital ecosystem that connects and orchestrates all digital products.
The role is responsible for the establishment of robust data governance frameworks and the development of a high-quality Surgery data hub, while defining the AI product roadmap, prioritizing high-impact use cases, and ensuring the effective and timely delivery of AI solutions to drive scalable, data-driven commercial growth.
In parallel, this position serves as the Digital PMO and digital governance orchestrator, coordinating strong internal and external alignment to ensure prioritization, coordination, and execution of digital initiatives in line with business expectations.
