The Business Applications practice at RSM assists clients to strategize and implement the right solutions at the right time to help fulfill their missions. Our Workforce Solutions team provides consulting services to optimize and implement UKG Ready. We are seeking an experienced UKG Ready Implementation Consultant to join our team and assist clients in successfully implementing UKG Ready’s Payroll and HR modules.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their business needs related to Payroll and HR
  • Design and configure UKG Ready solutions, ensuring alignment with client-specific workflows and processes
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including end-users, project managers, and technical teams
  • Develop system workflows and define requirements for successful implementation
  • Provide accurate input for forecasting UKG Ready go-live milestones
  • Assist with testing and validation of system configurations
  • Offer consultative support to clients during the implementation process
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Train end-users on UKG Ready functionality
  • Stay up-to-date with UKG Ready product updates and enhancements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business, Information Systems) or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing UKG Ready solutions.
  • A track record of effectively meeting client deliverables during software implementations
  • A history of managing multiple projects at once and meeting multiple deliverables
  • Proven success communicating with clients, uncovering their needs and developing best practice solutions
  • Ability to lead and execute all phases of implementation including client discovery, requirements documentation, solution development, system configuration, testing and deployment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to engage clients and vendors effectively during projects and implementations
  • Certification in UKG Ready is preferred. We will provide access to all UKG certifications and training

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $60,500 - $100,100

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
