The Solutions Account Manager, FindLaw is responsible for developing and maintaining ongoing client relationships in order to achieve client and revenue retention goals within an assigned, territory or team.  This will be done by proactive and reactive management for each assigned account, close partnership with Field Consultants, and working cross functionally with all areas of FindLaw and across other Thomson Reuters departments that support our business.  The position will be based out of Eagan, MN.

About the Role

In this opportunity as Solutions Account Manager, FindLaw, you will:

  • Drive Results: Secure contract renewals for assigned portfolio of customers and meet monthly renewal volume and revenue requirements by providing first class customer care for all clients
  • Consultation: Ensure client retention and satisfaction with a select portfolio of accounts by proactively identifying problem areas, trends and opportunities, and recommend plan of action to client and/or stakeholders
  • Communication:  Provide account analytics and insight and recommend a plan of action and provide timely and proactive status updates to clients/stakeholders for all projects in process
  • Collaboration:  Act as primary, internal, point of contact for assigned accounts and establish strong working relationships with clients, Field Consultants and other internal partners/stakeholders

About You

You’re a fit for the role of Solutions Account Manager, FindLaw if you:

  • Four-year degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years client management and/or sales and marketing experience
  • Proven success with retention of client population and associated revenue
  • Well-developed negotiation skills and ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts required
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, especially via telephone, required
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and processes preferred
  • Understanding and/or experience working with the legal industry preferred
