Job Description

ISC Security Team within Philips is responsible for the end-to-end information Security across all the Manufacturing sites within Philips.

We are looking for an OT SOC Analyst to monitor security alerts and incidents across Operational Technology environments at the Philips manufacturing sites. The position is responsible for detecting, investigating, and responding to security incidents and threats affecting OT systems with continuous 24/7 monitoring.

Responsibilities: 

• Monitor & analyze security events within Operational Technology (OT) environments using SOC tools and processes.
• Detect, investigate, and respond to security incidents and threats targeting OT systems.
• Management of Security Alerts, Incident Triage, and Event Correlation
• Establishing Corrective and Preventive Actions for Security Incidents
• Conduct real-time monitoring of OT networks and critical infrastructure for anomalies and vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate with IT and OT teams to ensure timely resolution of security incidents and mitigation of risks.
• Develop and maintain incident response playbooks tailored to OT environments.
• Automate incident response wherever feasible.
• Document and report on security incidents, investigations, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Establish and adhere to the escalation matrix while managing the incident response process.
• Participate in SOC shift rotations and on-call support as required to maintain 24/7 coverage.

Qualifications:

• 6–18 months of Information Security experience
• Network Basics
• Prior SOC work experience is preferable.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
