Position

The Assets Under Management (AUM) team of AB is in search of an AUM Financial Analyst to join their U.S. Controller’s organization.  The candidate will report to the Manager, AUM Reporting and will be involved in reporting the Company’s Assets Under Management (‘AUM”) internally and externally which includes the 10-Q’s, 10-K and Board level reporting. The position will partner with other members of the finance team including, General Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis and Revenue Accounting. In addition, key constituents will include, Information Technology, Operations, and Investor Relations.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • 2 to 4 years’ experience in management reporting or data analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • Experience in managing and harvesting data

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review weekly, monthly and quarterly AUM reports
  • Assist in preparation of external AUM releases
  • Support the investment and sales teams
  • Communicate and explain AUM activity to senior management
  • Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements
  • Work with IT to identify, design and implement process and system improvements
