YOUR NEW ROLE

The Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams within the Sales and Distribution domain of Capital Markets.

This role is responsible for understanding business needs, analyzing processes, and translating requirements into actionable solutions that enhance client engagement, sales effectiveness, and distribution strategies.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis - Collaborate with sales, trading, and distribution teams to elicit, document, and validate business requirements for technology solutions.

• Process Mapping & Optimization- Analyze current-state workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and enhanced data utilization.

 • Stakeholder Engagement - Act as a liaison between business users and technology teams, ensuring alignment of solutions with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.

 • Solution Design Support - Work closely with architects and developers to translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.

• Testing & Validation - Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring delivered solutions meet business expectations and compliance standards.

• Data & Reporting Analysis - Partner with data teams to define reporting needs, KPIs, and dashboards that support sales performance and client insights.

• Change Management & Training - Assist in the rollout of new tools and processes, including user training and documentation.

• Regulatory & Compliance Awareness - Ensure solutions adhere to relevant capital markets regulations and internal compliance policies
