Description -
We are looking for experienced, successful, top sales people to join the Pagewide team as a Sales Specialist, to generate new business in digital production printing. Experience:
Sales of capital equipment valued at $1,000,000 plus
Ability to connect with executive business owners that are key stakeholders who make decisions
Discipline in falling through with a step sale process
Build relationships and develop concepts that advances step of sales from prospecting to close.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrates a deep understanding of the print industry to effectively position the offerings and articulate their value to potential clients.
Engages with clients to understand their needs, analyze their challenges, and provide tailored solutions aligning with client’s business and IT goals.
Prepares and delivers sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of the organization's products or services.
Identifies and nurtures upselling, cross-selling, and growth opportunities within existing accounts in collaboration with the direct sales accounts.
Concentrates on growing contract renewals for mid-to-large accounts, emphasizing higher total contract value.
Assists in the training of new sales team members, sharing expertise and best practices to help them develop their sales skills.
Monitors sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess individual and team performance by tracking conversion rates, sales pipeline, and revenue targets.
Stays up to date with industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.
Education :
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or a related field.
The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $177,100 to $272,650 annually, with a 60/40 (salary/incentive) mix [Input the correct salary/incentive mix numbers based on the role]. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
