Asegurar el flujo eficiente de materiales para apoyar la operación de la planta mediante surtido de materiales a WIP, y control de Inventarios, asegurando al apego de los estándares  de  Seguridad, Valores, Calidad, Servicio, Costo y el flujo de la cadena de suministros.

• Asegurar el funcionamiento de recibo de materia prima y procesamiento de materiales
• Asegurar el funcionamiento de surtido de materiales al proceso de producción (WIP) en tiempo y forma requeridos.
• Asegurar se mantenga los standar de 2, 3,2 y acomodo de materiales
• Administrar procesos de Mejora Continua
• Coordinar el inventario físico
• Analizar, monitorear y asegurar la veracidad de transacciones de inventario.
• Asegurar la Calidad en el Servicio
• Cumplimiento y participación a auditorias internas y externas.
• Cumplimiento y participación en programas de capacitación y entrenamiento.
• Validar  se estén realizando las 5's en Almacén y POU.
• Asegurar el funcionamiento logístico (transportación) de flujo de materiales hacia la planta y a los clientes, OSP.
• Asegurar que se apliquen los requerimientos necesarios para el cumplimiento de los diferentes programas de NECC y CTPAT.
• Asegurar que se lleven a cabo los controles de control interno.
• Mantener comunicación constante con clientes internos y externos, asegurando la calidad en el servicio.
• Cumplimiento a las metas e iniciativas (STDR Work, 5's, OEDP) establecidas al departamento.
• Seguimiento a los procesos de administración de talento.
• Asegurar un área de trabajo segura para sus colaboradores 
• Mejorar y medir la eficiencia en todas las áreas bajo su cargo
• Asegurar la generación de solución de problemas de su equipo.
