Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced candidate participate throughout the distribution compensation process for multi-distribution channels.  Responsible for all aspects contributing to system projects including new compensation system setup, system enhancements, and support routine compensation verification and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with both internal and external IT professionals for project implementation
• Communicate between technical and business teams to align the understanding of requirements
• Gather business requirements from channels and define user requirements
• Requirement analysis and prepare user requirement documentation
• Identify and communicate potential risks or issues related to the system design
• Design test cases and perform user acceptance tests, and regression testing
• Provide training and documentation to DCN users for system enhancement

• Conduct post-implementation checks to verify successful deployment
• Address production issues, oversee error resolution and suggest workaround
• Verify and ensure the accuracy of distribution compensation calculations and payments
• Assist in financial reporting, documentation and prepare monthly journal booking

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Insurance knowledge in compensation for multi-distribution channels is an advantage
• Good command in both English and Chinese

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Distribution Compensation Platforms
• FLMI qualification is an advantage
