The Role:
Our Colorado Springs facility is seeking a detail‑oriented and hands‑on Manufacturing Technician to join our Production team. In this role, you will support the safe and efficient execution of manufacturing processes by following defined procedures, work instructions, and cleanroom protocols. Technicians at this level assist with mechanical and operational tasks that contribute directly to high‑quality product output. At this level, technicians are also trained to work in the packaging station outside of the cleanroom
What You’ll Do:
Perform ultrasonic cleaning and pre‑inspection on EUV pod bases and covers by following established procedures, cleanliness standards, and documented work instructions to ensure product readiness and quality
Procure packaging materials (e.g., boxes, labels, foam, bags) and complete packaging and bagging tasks with precision, adhering to documented instructions to maintain product integrity throughout final handling
Assist in EUV assembly tasks by working closely with experienced technicians, observing best practices, and following detailed assembly instructions to progressively build technical proficiency
Develop foundational inspection skills, including identifying visual and cosmetic defects using approved aesthetics standards, escalating concerns appropriately, and supporting quality consistency
Maintain a clean, organized workspace by applying basic 5S principles and demonstrating understanding of key production concepts such as product configuration differences, work travelers, cleanroom protocol, the escalation process, and recycling guidelines
Complete daily passdown documentation, clearly communicating work status, issues, and handoff details to ensure continuity across shifts
Print Dome Labels and RFID box labels, ensuring accuracy and traceability in alignment with labeling and documentation standards
Perform door torque testing within the outside pack station and accurately update camLine data, ensuring compliance with torque specifications and system data integrity
Support cross‑training and workflow flexibility by expanding into additional manufacturing areas (e.g., second operations, EUV machining, advanced packaging) as business needs evolve
Promote a safe working environment by following established safety procedures, identifying potential hazards, and contributing to proactive risk reduction.

Complete other duties as assigned to support overall production goals, operational efficiency, and business success.
What We Seek:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Some warehousing or related experience preferred
Basic computer skills (email, data entry, inventory systems)
Ability to read and understand diagrams detailing product specifications.
Ability to use various measurement tools, including calipers, height/drop indicator, test indicator, and coordinate measuring machine (CMM).
Great attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Proven ability to execute manufacturing processes within a tight tolerance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
Ability to understand documented processes and procedures.
Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team setting.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in clean room and wear appropriate PPE
Ability to perform visual checks and handle materials responsibly while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs daily
Ability to safely work at heights, including climbing ladders or accessing elevated platforms, as required by the role
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
