Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, diagnosing problems, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple teams to maintain system reliability and support business continuity through timely and effective problem resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, Glue, and IAM.
- Design and develop API-based solutions leveraging AWS cloud services to enable seamless integration between internal and external systems.
- Design and optimize DynamoDB schemas and queries for high-performance applications.
- Develop and manage data transformation workflows using AWS Glue.
- Design, develop, and manage RESTful APIs using AWS-native services.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize APIs using CloudWatch and AWS monitoring services.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and design cloud-based solutions.
- Event-Driven Architecture: Build and maintain event-driven workflows using EventBridge, SNS, and SQS.
- Create technical documentation, API specifications, and integration diagrams.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Administration.
- Strong understanding of AWS Architecture and API lifecycle management
- Experience with API Gateway configurations and throttling
- Knowledge of Microservices architecture
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills
- Understanding of logging and monitoring tools (CloudWatch)


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in AWS Administration.
- Willingness to work in Shift B (11:00 AM–9:00 PM or 12:00 PM–10:00 PM)
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
