Job Description:

The Aircraft Security Supervisor is responsible for a wide range of functions which include maintaining positive control of the aircraft at all times, ensuring the safety of the air crew members and cargo .

JOB DUTIES

• Consult with previous shift supervisor for ongoing assignments
• Scheduling guards assignments and dispatch officers to assigned posts.
• Brief security officers on operational issues for the shift and check for proper grooming and uniform.
• Ensuring all posts all covered on an hourly basis for proper coverage
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of a similar nature as required for the assigned post.
• Transporting pilots to and from desired destinations

OUR REQUIREMENTS ARE:

• Must have an excellent well groomed appearance and attitude.
• Must be customer service-oriented, organized and responsible.
• Must have strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be flexible with scheduling and able to work into next shift if needed.
• Must have High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must have valid state Driver's License.
• Must have a reliable means of transportation.
• Must be willing to work in extreme weather conditions.
• Must be willing to work weekends.
• Must be able to clear 10-15 year background check for TSA and US homeland security.
• Must be willing to receive cross training on all contracted posts which will assist department and clients during any emergency incident.
• Must be willing to consent to drug screen
