Position Summary
As a Key Account Manager, you will take full ownership of assigned telecom operator accounts in Estonia.Role and Responsibilities
Own and develop assigned telecom operator accounts with full responsibility for commercial performance.
Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and initiatives to increase sales and market share.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted business partner.
Lead account planning, forecasting, demand management and stock control in close cooperation with internal teams.
Initiate and coordinate retail and marketing activities together with Samsung’s marketing team, tailoring campaigns to operator needs.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities and sales data, and convert insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
Monitor sell-out performance and propose corrective actions when needed.
Ensure proper product distribution and visibility in stores, with occasional store visits to validate execution.
Prepare and deliver regular business reviews, reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution and high service quality.
