Team/Role Overview:

The EMEA Trade and Treasure Services (TTS) Onboarding Team is responsible for account opening, account maintenance, technical integration, and onboarding of all Cash Management products across the Citi Treasury and Trade product suite. We are a team that is obsessed about providing a positive onboarding experience for our clients.

As TTS Client Onboarding Analyst you will be responsible for engaging with internal clients and stakeholders as part of the Account Opening/Account Maintenance processes. You will be responsible for document verification, retrieval and signer system update. 

This role is maternity cover, fixed term position.


What you’ll do:

  • Processes client’s requests related to system set up including signatories’ updates and documentation lodgment.

  • Co-operates with internal partners to perform systems maintenance based on documentation related to account opening and maintenance processes.

  • Provides response to client and internal inquiries.

  • Prepares documentation for archiving.

  • Processes clients’ instructions ensuring the highest accuracy and effectiveness (ensuring deadlines are adhered to).

  • Verification and authorization of data entered in the systems.

  • Supports Manager with quality assurance process.

What we’ll need from you:

  • Previous experience in financial services preferred.

  • Knowledge of bank products in the scope of opening and maintaining of bank accounts

  • Customer communication experience

  • High attention to detail.

  • Proficient knowledge of English (written and spoken).
