KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare month-end close reports including but not limited to management accounts, financial reporting, variance and business analysis and other adhoc reports per the  Company’s guidelines,
  • Prepare the company’s budgeted financial statements providing updates against actuals throughout the year
  • Formulate cost cutting strategies for Management’s implementation
  • Prepare and review month End Schedules to ensure all reconciliations and schedules are updated and reconciling items cleared
  • Oversee and perform calculations and reconciliations for statutory requirements and payments so all filings and recording keeping are done timely and accurately
  • Prepare audit reports; close all management letter points; prepare incremental audits of financial controls; review and update company’s policies, procedures and workflow and review and ensure all reconciliations and schedules are updated and cleared to remain complaint
  • Support the Senior Finance Officer with pricing function for new and existing clients and Master Price List to maximize value for money
  • Approve all intercompany invoices, reconciliations and confirmations
  • Review and analyze revenue against costing and deliveries
  • Support and complete month end close process including but not limited to reporting and any reconciliation responsibilities
  • Provides associated administrative and other support to supervisor and team, towards the attainment of departmental goals and objectives
  • Train, engage and supervise staff performance so they are equipped to meet the company’s expected results and standards of behavior
  • Comply with all policies and procedures including but not limited to HACCP, Food Safety, HR and HSSE, to reduce the occurrence of accidents and incidents that may impede the maintenance of the highest food quality standards
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by line manager.
