Work with customers to develop innovative solutions to business problems by collecting, maintaining, and analyzing data and information related to the work of the Customer Experience team. Ensure data integrity and administer relevant reporting software, including data security management. Administer the Customer Survey and Speech Analytics programs.

The CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) residency requirements: Certain subsidiary companies within BlueShield of South Carolina require candidates to have lived in the US for at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years.

What You'll Do:

  • Generate internal and external reports used to analyze program productivity and efficiency or operational process efficiencies. Identify and analyze trends to support Customer Experience initiatives. Revise existing reports or develop new ones in response to changing strategic initiatives or methodologies.

  • Analyze reports to ensure accuracy and quality. Tracks and verifies all reporting statistics.

  • Train and support employees and managers end users of the complex database programs that generate analytical data.

  • Analyze future customer experience opportunities and develop new opportunities for measuring engagement and experience.

To Qualify for This Position, You'll Need the Following:

  • Required Education: Bachelor's in a job-related field

  • Degree Equivalency: Four (4) years of job-related work experience or Associate's and 2 years of related work experience.

  • Required Experience: Four (4) years of research and analysis experience.
