Summary: As a Data Science Practitioner, you will engage in formulating, designing, and delivering artificial intelligence and machine learning-based decision-making frameworks and models that drive business outcomes. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop predictive models, and measure the effectiveness of AI and ML solutions, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver tangible value. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends. - Develop and implement machine learning models to enhance decision-making processes. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing models and frameworks based on performance metrics. - Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Data Science. - Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques. - Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis. - Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow or Scikit-learn. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
