We are looking for a SAP ABAP Developer (medior level) to join our growing SAP team, working on S/4HANA transformation projects and modern SAP development for international clients.
This is not a maintenance-only role — you’ll contribute to implementation, enhancements, and optimization initiatives using both classic and modern SAP technologies.
YOUR MISSION:
You will primarily deliver development tasks and contribute to implementations under guidance of senior team members:
Development of custom SAP solutions using ABAP (classic & Object-Oriented)
Implementation of technical specifications prepared by senior developers/architects
Participation in S/4HANA transformation projects (conversion, enhancements)
Development of CDS Views and basic data models
Support with modern SAP development concepts (e.g., RAP – learning and partial usage)
Integration with SAP and external systems via APIs (based on defined design)
Support development of SAP Fiori/UI applications (backend layer)
Optimization and refactoring of existing ABAP code (based on guidelines)
Collaboration with functional consultants to clarify requirements

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. The range of base pay for this role is 1610€ - 3150€

WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT
2–4 years of experience with SAP ABAP development
Experience with at least one implementation or enhancement project
Basic exposure to S/4HANA environment
Understanding of SAP architecture (modules, integration basics)
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
Willingness to learn modern SAP technologies (CDS, RAP, Fiori)
English (B2+), Slovak (C1)
Nice to have:
Experience with CDS Views or Fiori
Experience working in Agile teams
Initial exposure to integrations (APIs, IDocs, OData)
