That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

In short, we’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics – Video, to play a key role in improving media efficiency and driving customer engagement through video advertising. In this role, you’ll analyze and optimize performance across linear TV, OTT/CTV, and digital video platforms, developing insights and measurement frameworks that guide smarter investment and creative strategies. You’ll partner with marketing, media agencies, and analytics teams to deliver actionable insights that enhance campaign performance and support full-funnel marketing effectiveness.
In long, the Senior Analyst of Marketing Analytics is responsible for:
Analyzing performance across linear TV, OTT/CTV, and digital video channels to identify trends, audience insights, and optimization opportunities.
Developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting that connect media spend and impression delivery to outcomes such as web traffic, lead generation, and sales.
Designing and conducting incrementality and A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of video campaigns and optimize media mix and frequency strategies.
Partnering with marketing, media agencies, and analytics teams to inform planning, targeting, and creative rotation decisions.
Presenting actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders across marketing and leadership.
Serving as a subject matter expert in video marketing analytics, advancing measurement frameworks, attribution models, and test design methodologies within the organization.
So What Kind of Folks Are We Looking for?
Killer analytical and reporting abilities. You’ll need the capability to analyze data and in return, prepare timely reports on your findings.
Strategic thinker. We are looking for an individual that takes an insightful, future oriented, open-minded and proactive approach to thinking.
Intellectual curiosity. Why? What? How? Do you find yourself always wanting to learn more and broaden your knowledge base? If so, this could be the role for you.
The Specifics.
A quantitative degree in either; economics, finance, analytics, math, engineering, computer science.
3+ years experience in an analytics capacity
Willingness to go above and beyond what might be expected.
Proficient in Snowflake, SQL, Python, and data visualization.
Experience with email analytics, call center sales analytics, and retail analytics is a major plus.
Strong understanding of customer journey optimization and conversion metrics.
