At Adobe, we are on the lookout for a dedicated Software Quality Engineer 2 to join our world-class team in Noida. This is an outstanding chance to create a significant impact by ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. If you are ambitious and determined to succeed, this role is for you!

The Challenge

• Conduct known system testing in C++ for our Printing and Scan Solutions.
• Drive test automation efforts by developing new solutions and maintaining existing test automation code.
• Develop or adapt testing tools for functional areas.
• Plan and complete comprehensive test cases.
• Analyze test results and debug test failures efficiently.
• Consult with development engineers on debugging and defect resolution.
• Communicate test strategies, tactical execution plans, and test results to various functional groups.
• Serve as the Quality team interface to the Product Development team and Management.

Required Skills

• Proven knowledge of C++ and data structures.
• Strong operating system knowledge, whether Windows or Linux.
• Outstanding diagnostic and troubleshooting skills using debuggers and memory analyzers.
• Proficiency in Python or any other scripting languages for writing automated test cases.
• Hands-on experience with test methodologies.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration activities using Git and Jenkins.
• A collaborative great teammate.
• Initiative to take on new tasks, continuously improve testing methods, and mentor new members.

Nice to Have

• Experience in performance testing is a plus.
• Ability to test and certify components on multiple hardware configurations.
• B.E. or equivalent experience / B.Tech. in CS/ETC/EE or equivalent qualifications with 2 to 5 years of experience.
• Strong academic performance throughout education.
