The Opportunity
As an experienced sales enablement professional, you will play a key role in improving the productivity of our Digital Media (DMe) GTM & Sales teams by designing, developing and delivering training on essential sales systems and tools (SST). You will be joining the Global Sales Enablement team (GSE), with a mission to ensure Adobe sellers are enabled to continuously deliver strong business results!
What you’ll do
· Play the lead role in the content development, delivery, and maintenance required for Dynamics 365 enablement.
· Design, develop, and deliver blended versions of SST enablement for foundational New Hire Training and for tenured Sales team members.
· Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to identify and address skill gaps in SST utilization.
· Continuously improve the relevance, impact, and overall quality of SST training, with an emphasis on Sales role business process and the seller use cases.
Key responsibilities include
· Design, develop and deliver SST enablement for foundational New Hire Training and for tenured Sales team members.
· Facilitate dynamic training, in-person and virtual, focused on the effective utilization of sales tools and standard processes to enhance seller productivity.
· Leverage partnerships with GSE colleagues to embed SST training in other a variety of enablement efforts.
· Provide coaching and support to the Sales team to promote their use of relevant tools, while calling out potential opportunities to eliminate redundant SST-related workflows.
· Build and maintain close partnerships with GSE colleagues, Sales teams, Platform Excellence, and Sales Ops to align SST enablement to our sales process and methodology.
· Programmatically ensure all SST enablement content is current, relevant, and strategically aligned to our sales process and methodology.
· Partner cross-functionally to capture and report data for key SST training metrics, including attendance, completion, adoption, usage, and satisfaction.
· Identify and report on the impact of SST training on seller productivity.
· Proactively gather and apply seller and Sales leader insights, use cases, feedback, and requirements for ongoing improvements.
· Continuously strive to improve the relevance, impact, and overall quality of SST training.
What you need to succeed
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, enablement, IT, or a related field.
· Proven experience developing and delivering sales systems and tools training, preferably in a large technology company.
· Proven expertise developing sales enablement content and delivering engaging and impactful training.
· Experience with some or all of the following: Dynamics CRM, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chorus, Clari, and Sales Operations reports and dashboards.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent presentation and communication skills.
· Ability to engage with diverse audiences.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $93,700 -- $161,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
