General Summary:

Support each IP team for global marketing and contribute to maximizing the profit of each title and the team. Also consider the way to leverage overseas conventions for title promotion throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

-New business development

-In particular,   responsible for expanding the licensing business.

-Specifically, responsible for two areas in the global market: merchandising business and game licensing.

-Building overseas strategies of Anime Business

-also works as a producer in connection with DC, WBA, and WBPI.

-Suggest new IP and ideas to develop new projects

-Review promotional tools and the design of consumer products including videogram by licensees and get approval from original rights holder

-Deliver materials to licensee

-Plan and conduct overall global promotion for the department including online and physical event

- Plan and conduct global promotion in accordance with IP manager of each project

-Make a mid-and-long term plan of global promotion

-Run twitter and YouTube of the team to develop them into effective promotion tools

-Negotiate with event organizer for effective and efficient promotion

-Communicate with licensees to conduct effective and timely promotion

-Attend the consortium meetings and share the promotion plans

-Conduct a trend research of specific project upon team member’s request

-Research and summarize the viewership number at each platform

-Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new trend

-Review all marketing materials from licensees and get approval from original rights holder

-Share regularly the global market report with the team

Experience required:

Minimum 3 years experiences in the directly related job function and at least 5 years work experiences

Competencies we are looking for:

-Business strategy planning ability

-Human resource development ability

-High English-language skill both in speaking and writing

-Wide knowledge of Anime industry

-Ability to communicate both internally and externally

-Knowledge and experience of marketing and promotion

-High negotiation skill
