“I can succeed as a Wealth Management (WM) Product Specialist Summer Associate at Capital Group.”

As a summer associate, you will work independently on standardized / recurring assignments and under the direct supervision of more senior staff on complex projects, analyses, and tasks. You will support an existing product line by maintaining product information, responding to product inquiries, and participating in the development and rollout of new capabilities.

As a Product Specialist Summer Associate, you will support the Wealth Management Client Segment. The work will be intellectually challenging with opportunity for significant business impact.

  • You will support individual product(s) by:

    • serving as a resource to various internal groups.

    • researching and responding to inquiries.

    • provide input to project leads on product design, development, training, and rollout.

    • monitoring and coordinating updates to fee schedules and pricing.

  • You will ensure product information is accurately represented in product catalogs as well as training documents, literature (e.g., sales material, forms), and online

  • You will support Product Managers in the creation, analysis and development of product plans, business cases, and performance reports

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, in junior standing, graduating in 2026

  • You have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above

  • You have effective written and oral communication skills with team members and managers.

  • You demonstrate initiative by identifying issues and recommending solutions.

  • You demonstrate sound judgment in resolving matters of moderate complexity.

  • You collaborate and work effectively as part of a team.

  • You demonstrate intellectual curiosity and analytical skills in areas of moderate complexity.

  • You demonstrate working knowledge of Capital Group’s business and the ability to apply it to work assignments.

Base Hourly Rate: $30.50/ hour

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
