We are looking for experienced Product Managers (PMs) to join our vibrant Product practice, based at our London offices on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Product Manager you will:
Work with client teams to define and drive the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and measurable outcomes throughout the product lifecycle.
Own the product roadmap, prioritising features and capabilities based on value, technical feasibility, and stakeholder insights, while continuously refining based on market feedback and performance metrics.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and delivery to translate business requirements into clear product specifications and actionable development plans.
Lead the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely delivery and high quality by managing priorities, backlog, dependencies, and release cycles in Agile environments.
Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics, using quantitative and qualitative data to guide decisions, optimise product performance, and articulate value to senior leadership.
Act as the primary stakeholder liaison, building strong relationships with clients, partners, internal teams, and senior leadership to advocate for product decisions, communicate trade-offs, and drive consensus.
Champion best practices for responsible and ethical AI use, ensuring that AI features and models are safe, scalable and aligned with both regulatory standards and organisational values.
Continuously explore, evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and AI innovations, demonstrating enthusiasm for learning new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance product capabilities and accelerate delivery.
Provide leadership and thought partnership across the organisation by mentoring peers, sharing insights from AI and product trends, and fostering a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
