We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily operations, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to team success.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Process orders and prepare quotations
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the team
  • Maintain accurate records and system data entry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with general branch or departmental duties as required

About You

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or sales support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively
  • Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
  • Intermediate computer skills
