Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs and ensure alignment with business objectives, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will be pivotal in creating solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and document application design specifications to guide development efforts. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Compensation. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management. - Ability to create user-friendly interfaces and enhance user experience. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Compensation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 Years full time education Experience is required in the primary skill of the RRD.
