About the Role

THE OPPORTUNITY

    ​Talent Management, Consultant who will be:

    • Owning, designing talent solutions, driving end-to-end talent agenda, focus on talent identification, succession planning, leadership development and team development to improve talent bench strength by skill-based and strength-based talent development.
    • Taking lead in performance management.

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Build up skill-based talent development and strength-based culture

    • Identify critical skills needs (for now and future) and participate on workforce planning to define the gap of talent, to fulfill the gap by workforce strategy.
    • Work closely with Talent Acquisition to make sure Buy strategy will be implemented with the right skills for organisational need.
    • Continue implement with the end state in mind “every employee can be aware, understand their raw talents (with blind spots), accept it and have a plan to develop talents become strengths in significant career roadmap at AIA”.

    Implement of Succession Planning process

    • Design and implement leadership and talent management framework follow AIA Group philosophy and local’s insights to deliver quality outcomes for AIA Vietnam.
    • Facilitate OPR (Organization & People Review) at enterprise level.
    • Ensure substantial IDP talent and talent Check-in is well implemented with right and accurate impacts.
    • Conduct key talent assessment and development for talent segment or talent development purpose.

    Take charge of all leadership development, talent development programs

    • Leverage the Talent development program from Group Talent to serve for local talent development.
    • Self-initiate and implement interventions local programs on the specific needs (Leaders Meet forum, Career campaign, Management Trainee etc..)
    • Lead progress and ensure right talent action plan in place and implemented.

    Take lead on performance management agenda and initiative

    • Liaise with Group to implement principles and procedure at Vietnam, ensure timely and quality execution.
    • Ensure performance management philosophy, policies, principles well-understanding and implementation.
    • Initiate & lead in execution initiatives.

    Deliver training courses and be Facilitator of related talent management programs.

     

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • University graduates with validated experience
    • Certification / Licenses required: certified coach/ trainer is a must
    • Know-how on talent management, L&D, performance management
    • Data analysis – to collect and analyze data and present concise actionable results
    • Strong Project Management Skills to lead both regional and local projects
    • Solution focus and critical thinking skills to respond to issues and enquiries
    • Ability to work with a diverse workforce.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple priorities and deliver high quality work while working independently
    • Leadership Essentials (ideally: 3 persona): Collaborative Challenger, Determined Business Driver and Caring Mentor.
