What you’ll achieve 

  

As a Senior Industrial Designer, you will lead the design vision for Dell’s display and peripheral products, directly influencing user experience across commercial, consumer, and gaming segments. Your work will set new standards for innovation, usability, and aesthetics, driving business success and delighting customers worldwide.

You will: 

  • Design Leadership: Define and execute cohesive design strategies for display and peripheral solutions, ensuring alignment with Dell’s brand and business objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams to identify user pain points and deliver industry-leading solutions.
  • Innovation & Execution: Champion user experience excellence and oversee the flawless execution of design intent from concept through to market launch.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, account executives, and client technologists to understand requirements and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Integrate research, trends, and data into design recommendations, always seeking opportunities to elevate the user experience

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or related field. 8+ years of relevant experience, ideally in consumer electronics or peripherals.
  • Expert proficiency in 3D CAD modeling (Creo preferred). Advanced skills in 3D visualization, both sketching and digital tools (Keyshot a plus).
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects).Deep knowledge of materials, processes, and Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA).
  • Ability to process and synthesize research, reports, and trends into actionable plans. Experience following and applying established Design Language Guidelines. Portfolio demonstrating successful product launches and innovative design solutions.
