Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, your day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of Security Services projects. You coordinate with global teams to utilize established methods, tools, training, and assets, ensuring that project objectives are met efficiently. Your role requires managing multiple facets of project delivery, aligning resources, and maintaining clear communication channels to support seamless implementation and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any risks or issues that may arise.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ForgeRock Access Management.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts and best practices.
- Experience in configuring and managing access control policies and authentication mechanisms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to access management systems.
- Familiarity with integration of access management solutions with various enterprise applications and platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ForgeRock Access Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
