Corporate Communications Specialist, Senior

The Opportunity:

As a senior communications specialist, you will work closely with senior leaders and subject matter experts on coordinating and managing VIP visit requirements with all stakeholders. As the lead, you will ensure all logistics and briefers are synchronized and prepared for every visit. You will create and review all briefings for consistency of message. You will advise senior leaders on strategic messages in support of priorities and goals. In this role, you may also assist with ad hoc communication tasks as needed.

You Have:  

• Experience leading others in executing strategic communications tasks

• Experience with electronic publishing and the publication production process

• Experience providing strategic-level decisions in a team environment

• Experience performing customer service and support  

• Experience with the U.S. Intelligence Community 

• Experience assessing communications metrics and data to support senior decision-makers at the executive level for strategic communications decisions

• Ability to present verbal and written communications to broad audiences, including senior leaders

• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

• Bachelor’s degree and 18+ years of experience in change management or strategic communications, or 20+ years of experience in change management or strategic communications in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:  

• Experience managing multiple taskings at once and in an organized manner

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
