Job Responsibilities

  • Manage A&H Program, Broker and Direct account onboarding and ongoing relationships
  • Cultivate partner relationships to increase production
  • Present client activity reporting to BU Management
  • Conduct client training and webinars
  • Coordinate A&H quoting and renewals with Underwriting as needed
  • Supervise Account Administration team
  • Manage premium administration for all Travel, Accident and Health accounts
  • Manage Program relationship premium and claims data feeds
  • Manage TPA and Assistance company relationships and reporting
  • Oversee AR and AP functions for the BU
  • Create a team environment which motivates staff
  • Additional responsibilities as needed

Education & Experience

  • Previous Account Management and Premium Administration experience (10+ years)
  • Prior experience managing a team preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of travel and/or accident & health industry trends
  • Excellent customer service, communication, problem solving, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.

111,240 - 140,100

  • Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
