Summary
The Lead Planning and Optimization Engineer for Continuous Improvement (CI) plays a key role in developing and executing the transformation roadmap to evolve MPC’s CI functional capabilities and operational framework. This role is focused on building the systems, tools, and processes that will frame the company’s CI program. This role requires a hands-on leader with demonstrated experience driving performance improvements in commercial optimization and value chain processes, capable of independently leading initiatives while also developing team capability. Experience in Planning and Backcasting preferred.
