You’ll work alongside experienced professionals and cross-functional partners, helping to keep sales activities running smoothly — from opportunity identification to contract execution. Along the way, you’ll build a strong foundation in sales operations, data analysis, and business processes, while contributing insights that drive growth and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist with contract proposals, tender submissions, and budgeting processes.
  • Coordinate sales activities and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and other internal teams.
  • Analyze data and prepare insights to support decision-making.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Who We’re Looking For:

You don’t need years of experience — we’re looking for curiosity, capability, and drive.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong academic performance with analytical and quantitative strengths.
  • Internship experience or relevant coursework is a plus, but not required.

Skills & attributes:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and financial concepts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Professional fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Why Join Thermo Fisher Scientific?

  • Meaningful work with real-world impact
  • Exposure to global teams and cross-functional collaboration
  • A supportive environment focused on learning, development, and career growth
