Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with the overall business objectives and technical requirements. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights that drive the architectural vision forward, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the implementation process. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the technology landscape and ensuring that the solutions are robust and future-proof. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where beneficial. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Packaging. - Strong understanding of software deployment processes and methodologies. - Experience with various packaging tools and technologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve packaging issues efficiently. - Familiarity with scripting languages to automate packaging tasks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Application Packaging. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
