Functional (job responsibilities) ​

• Identify / source information on the reason(s) for delay in repayment of the loan;
• Call / visit borrower to negotiate payment;
• Process and recommend borrower’s request for Re-schedulement/Restructuring for their loan;
• Monitor the promise to pay (PTP) from borrower and follow up on broken PTP until payment is received;
• Provide early care solutions to be given to borrower who is a potential NPL account in order to prevent it from becoming NPL account;
• Site visit securities, check and document the condition/status of the securities in question;
• Review the process of recovery;
• Ensure recovery targets are achieved & reporting is done within deadline;
• Provide feedback to Business and Management on problematic loans;
• Liaise with lawyers and State Authorities to foreclose securities;
• Ensure compliance with procedures, policies laid down by Management;
• Conduct review of NPL accounts
• Work with other tasks as assigned by Head, Collection and Head, Credit
• Assist Head, Collection to lead the collect team to monitor loan arrear and collection process.
• Work with Head, Collection and Head, Collection to manage NPL
• Understand the workflow & system of loan collection
• Ensure all collection process are complied with Law

Education/Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, business, finance and related experiences;
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in managing loan recovery and dealing with court
• Well understand on Cambodia Law and court process
• Have a good analytical skills and process management skill
• Have a good problem-solving, negotiation skills & time management
• Knowledge on Microsoft Office advanced Excel skills & power point
• English is proficiency
