Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Planning and Scheduling Analyst - Level 3 or 4 (Principal or Senior Principal), to join our Tactical Space Systems - Satellite Missions team in Gilbert, AZ. The Program Planning Scheduling Analyst (Principal or Senior Principal) will report to the Business Management Scheduling Manager and will perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis. In this role, the incumbent will make recommendations to solve problems, create presentation content and present to various levels of leadership and will interface with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, as well as the Program/Project Manager.
This position can be filled at either a Level 3 or 4 and requires a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Special Compartmented Information Access.

Salary Range: $86,600.00 - $130,000.00Salary Range 2: $107,800.00 - $161,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
