With the Philippines as a key delivery center, we are expanding our local team and seeking a Delivery Manager to spearhead project success and foster an agile culture.

Role Overview:
The Delivery Manager will play a vital role as a regional key stakeholder to oversee, assess, and improve the delivery of the projects handled by the Philippines Team. This individual will coordinate and collaborate closely with the leadership teams in different regions to secure the projects from settling down to the regular runnings although our Philippines project teams have their reporting line to the different Growth Units. Additionally, the Delivery Manager will assist regional teams with workforce management and provide strategic oversight to drive successful project delivery from the Philippines.


Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, maintaining high-quality standards, meeting timelines, and adhering to budgets.
Proactively monitor project progress, identifying risks, and implementing effective solutions.
Collaborate across multiple regions, acting as a key contact to support project alignment and manage workforce needs in the Philippines.
Foster a strong agile culture, promoting collaboration, flexibility, and responsiveness to change.
Work with cross-functional teams in strategy, design, data science, and engineering to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
Actively support regional teams (Australia, North America, China, Latam) in managing project resources, timelines, and operational requirements.
Facilitate training initiatives to strengthen the agile mindset and enhance project management capabilities within the team.
Conduct regular retrospectives and assessments to improve workflows and maximize productivity.
Mentor and guide team members, promoting an inclusive, high-performance work environment that aligns with company goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in project management within digital or IT consulting, with a focus on cross-regional collaboration.
Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and agile project delivery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing relationships across different regions and cultures.
Experience in managing resources and workflows in a global delivery model, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams, including strategy, data science, design, and engineering.
Prior experience in a leadership role with team management and mentoring responsibilities is highly desirable.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar certifications are a plus.

Salary Offered: Commensurate with experience

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)
Work Location: Quezon City
Shift Schedule: Day Shift (9:00AM - 6:00PM); 9 hours a day, 5 days a week
Availability: December 2024
