Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored and effective across various teams and departments.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to align business processes with strategic objectives, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to promote understanding and effective implementation of process improvements.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth and contribution.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes effectively.
- Experience in documenting complex workflows and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process innovation and technology adoption.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate business needs and technical concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and user task analysis methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
