The Institutional Credit Management (ICM) team is a critical component of Citi’s First Line of Defense for wholesale lending and counterparty credit risk. ICM partners with businesses Citi-wide to ensure we have best-in-class risk and control capabilities. ICM also plays a key role in Citi’s Transformation efforts by helping to drive a Citi-wide focus on wholesale credit risk management. Through ongoing investment in processes, controls, systems, and governance, ICM continues to further embed consistency and best practices across Citi, driving closer alignment between our business and regulatory goals.

 

ICM Lending Transformation is looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Project Manager. Detailed knowledge of wholesale lending is a pre-requisite, as well as having previously managed Transformation projects. You will interact and work closely with multiple areas across the organization, including Transaction Management, Operations, Technology and Risk, as we enhance our processes and technology. In addition, you will provide operational and strategic leadership for the delivery of the Transformation team’s initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects initially aligned to Transaction Management Transformation
  • Design deliverables and outcomes with subject matter experts to address key problem statement
  • Drive execution to achieve key project deliverables and outcomes, while manage and overcoming associated risks
  • Appropriately evaluate risk vs reward when designing solutions for senior decision makers re. scope, process and remediation efforts 
  • Identify and drive resolution of issues impacting projects and broader book of work
  • Provide program / project status updates and reporting
  • Oversee program communication including internal stakeholders and regulatory updates
  • Establish strong relationships with all global stakeholders 

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Minimum 10 years experience, mostly in project management in wholesale lending
  • Deep knowledge of operational processes including but not limited to Wholesale Lending
  • Proven track record of managing Process Transformation projects; change management
  • Individual must have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines, manage priorities, and complete assigned tasks with minimal management follow up. 
  • Strong Client relationship and solution skills
  • Ability to drive change and effectively manage projects and stakeholders
  • Excellent Advanced Excel skills

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$163,600.00 - $245,400.00
