Position Purpose: Serve as the first HR point of contact for the resolution of basic HR inquiries, requests and issues related to the HR systems.
  • Receive and respond to incoming electronic requests and calls related to the various HR systems
  • Research and respond to basic HR questions utilizing and referencing HR policies, procedures and programs
  • Maintain records of transaction for all customer contacts into a call tracking system
  • Support and educate employees in the use of HR applications
  • Guide employees in navigating through employee self-service and manager self-service functionality and troubleshoot non-technical inquires related to HR system
  • Identify issues which require further research and interpretation, escalate to senior department members or third party administrators, and follow up in a timely manner to resolution
  • Perform basic data analysis
  • Support projects related to HR Services, system upgrades or new workflow processes

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. 0-2 years of human resources or customer service experience. Experience in the use of human capital management systems or call tracking systems a plus.

Pay Range is $18.65 to $31.73 per hour.
