The Demand Generation Specialist will drive market awareness and create qualified leads for ABB’s Electrification, working in close collaboration with the Sales team and Product Marketing. This role focuses on generating demand through targeted campaigns, customer engagement activities, and strategic partnerships to support sales growth in key segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute demand generation strategies to increase pipeline for Electrification products and solutions.
• Work closely with Project Sales team to align campaigns with project timelines and customer requirements.
• Identify and prioritize target segments and key accounts for lead generation activities.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, webinars, and events to attract potential customers.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with channel partners and distributors to amplify reach and generate qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate lead tracking and reporting in CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with ABB branding and communication guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in demand generation, marketing, or sales support, preferably in B2B industrial or electrical sectors.
• Strong understanding of project sales cycles and customer decision-making processes.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
